Rakesha ButlerClinical Coordinator

Rakesha received her BS in Kinesiology at California State University, Sacramento. Prior to working at ACNC, she worked with children with developmental disabilities and autism for five years. After graduating from college, she served for a year as an Americorps member at a clinic for underserved populations and then continued on as a medical assistant for two more years. In addition to working at ACNC, Rakesha volunteers with Peer Play SF, an organization using group play to encourage socialization and development in children with autism. She is also in the process of applying to medical school.

Outside of work, Rakesha loves camping, hiking, and being in nature. She also enjoys gardening and cooking/ baking with foods picked fresh from the garden.
