Language and Communication Skills Coach, JumpStart Learning to Learn, Autism Center of Northern California
Kim Christensen received graduated in Sociology with high honors from the University of California Berkeley, and received her Master of Science degree in Communicative Disorders from San Francisco State University. She integrates her professional training in SCERTS, DIR/Floortime, the Kaufman Speech to Language Protocol, SATPAC, Talk Tools, and PROMPT to provide individualized, developmentally-based intervention programs for each child. When Kim is not busy with “her kids” at work, she is happily chasing around her young daughter, Summer, and exploring San Francisco with her husband, Chad. The two of them remind Kim to be curious, have fun, and think outside the box.
Kim can also be seen at her private practice, SF Speech for Kids! in the Sunset District where she specializes in ASDs and apraxia in non-verbal and minimally verbal children. Contact her at firstname.lastname@example.org/ 415-218-3506.
